Nature connection I am dedicated to letting more people experience the power, beauty, vulnerability and teachings of the natural world.
I believe our relationship with the living world could be much more interesting, and as such also more valuable. As a result, we might take better care of our home and leave a better place for generations to come.
I mostly work with groups to:
tune into nature's cycles and rhythms and synchronise your own nature to the wider living world
facilitate difficult conversations and decisions being held and inspired by nature
connect to the more-than-human world using ritual and creative play
disconnect from business as usual and re-connect to your wilder self through nature solo's, wander walks and retreats
Personal favorite: Muir trek
“I only went out for a walk and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in.” - John Muir
The Muir trek is a hike from sunrise to sunset, inspired by the life of nature conservationist John Muir, where a group of people wanders off the beaten path and connects to a wild place. Without any destination or direction, any sense of place or time, we spend the day fully in the here and now - and magically end up at the point where we set out from.
The start of a trek in the dunes of Schoorl, just after sunrise.
