In my facilitation I use models and methods from co-creation, deep ecology and systems thinking. I make sure every voice is heard and pay close attention to the energy needed to achieve whatever we come together for. I am fond of challenging the status quo - and I love to have a plan, but love it even more to work with emergence. I like to document decisions clearly and transparently, in order to generate an outcome that is relevant and recognisable for all.
I am at my best when I co-facilitate with nature (but also love working with people). I believe in designing ways of communicating and learning that facilitate life and enable thriving people on a thriving planet.
Personal favorite: The Work That Reconnects
"The heart that breaks open, contains the whole universe" -Joanna Macy
The Work That Reconnects is an open-source body of work that has its roots in the teachings and experiential methods of eco-activist and buddhist scholar Joanna Macy. It is a process of group work that uses experience based activities to help participants connect with one another and with the intelligence, self-healing powers of life on Earth. The goal of The Work That Reconnects is to “enliven” and motivate participants to play an active role in the creation of a life sustaining society. Read more.
